to voters in the 2008 city of florence, city council november general election:

i would like to introduce myself to you as a candidate for city council, seat - at large, in the november general election. with the support of citizens throughout florence during the primary election, i am now a candidate for city council in the general election.

although this is my first time running for an elected office, i have worked to bring citizens together to achieve a better city to live and work through taking part in activities in the community for over twenty years.

it is my desire that all citizens feel that their city council is working for their benefit. if given the opportunity to serve you on council, i will vote to do what is in the best interest of the overall community. i will work tirelessly for you as your city councilman in all neighborhoods throughout florence. to me, this opportunity is about uniting and assisting citizens in achieving a better florence. together we can make a difference!
